Partying this weekend has big Cabaret vibes, for all that implies. Friday 21st Saturday 22nd Friday 21. Dykes* Gone Wild Schwuz The old classic dyke night at Schwuz. Opened up with Queer Girls* Night karaoke at the Pepsi Boston Bar (pro tip: entrance is free if you go early). From 23.00 on you've got a pop floor and a house floor, brought to you by some of Schwuz's finest FLINTA* DJs and special guests. And for some entertainment on the side, there's the FLINTA* p**n cinema (as a refined cinephile, I can recommend). Saturday 22. FLUIDITY Lark Before this country takes a sharp right turn into the abyss, how about a last hurrah over at Lark, with a truly fantastic FLINTA* lineup and some of the best performers in our community. Really excited to catch VINVAR b2b Lucia Lu, and, in these dark times, for the sage wisdom of our queen and host of the night Bleach; local voice of the resistance. Subverted Mystery Location This is where the goth gays let out angsty feelings to the big boomy gloomy industrial techno noises in a cosy lil venue. I fuckin' love it. Everyone looks scary and turns out to be the biggest sweetheart you've ever met. It's kinda sexy. Kinda scary. 100% good solid, DIY vibes. Pinky Promise: Dance of Dionysus (5th Birthday) OST God, I love a theme party. I love a sexy team party even more. This one should be downright divine with a range of cabaret, workshops, live art and theatre, play spaces... and, some excellent afro house, baile funk, breaks and bass to keep you moving. It's a queer party, though the crowd can be very mixed. High hopes for this one; especially with local legend Chiqui Love performing and Lecken's own Skankstasy on deck. Nabbing a ticket might be a little tricky as presales are already gone, and door tickets from 1am are limited, but as always, the determined can find them. Costume is important: no effort, no entry.

LOLSNAKE's bringing in the hottest queer line-up for a techno Thursday —Supergloss, Estella Boersma, Parrish Smith and VINVAR. Crowd can be quite mixed, but with music like that, let's all just miss work on Friday. Friday 14. (lip) service x OXI OXI This one has to be the pick of the month for me - a grand Valentine's affair for dykes, trans and non-binary folks with some of the DJs we're crushing hardest on. You might know (lip)service from some packed-out dyke nights at Torte Bar; now they're giving us all of OXI to dance. On decks we've got DJ AYA, DJ Fuckoff, Anastasia Kristensen, Coffintexts, Slim Soledad, and u.r.trax. Frankly, I wouldn't miss this for my own funeral. FLINTA VALENTINE'S BASH by L-tunes & Queer Garten Gretchen Queer Garten and MegaDyke (L-tunes) are taking over Gretchen with 2 floors: one for house and techno; the other for the pop/charts/hiphop/RnB/80s/90s vibes, so there should be a little something for everyone. To boot they're doing some Valentine's speed-dating for FLINTA* folks who left things a little to the last second on that front. Hi BOSSI! SO36 If you're seeking out a night of pop, hip-hop, house music, and the finest of drag shows—this is your vibe, my love. Starting off at 8 with a discussion about FLINTA* inclusivity in film, the night goes late, including performances by our favorite local kings Buba Sababa and Papi Pistola. Saturday 15. Hoe__mies OXI Another big night at OXI; with Hoe_mies bringing you hip-hop, electro, jersey club, baile funk, jungle, drum & bass and all the good stuff in between, all night long. Another star-studded lineup on decks from home and abroad: Nooriyah, JADA , Nasra, Meg10, ALISSA ZADDI, Mora. Personally, I'm fangirling (in a NB way). Few better spots to dress hot and drop ass. Garage Girls - Valentines Day Special OHM Berlin's premiere FLINTA* UKG party, Garage Girls, are back at OHM for their Valentine's extravaganza, this time joined by x3butterfly, MSJY and their newest member ZE:NA. It's always a high-energy night with the Garage Girls so come caffeinated. Dis/Tanz Raxxxhaus - Bethaniendamm 28 Seeking something a lil more punk for your Saturday night? Dis/Tanz brings you another queer soli party filled with post-punk, dark 80s, goth, synth/cold/minimal/new wave, all in aid of Hometax Sudan. Good folks, good music, good cause, good times.

Cuddles OXI This has to be the pick of the weekend. Celebrating one big brash year of Cuddles; a queer party that's been killing it on music and vibes. DJ lineup to die for: Aaron Blau, Jennifer Loveless, Marie Malarie, Zeynep... I'm fanigirling. Expect a cute, mixed queer crowd going hard on two floors and music that cleanses the soul then sullies it again. Don't miss it. Saturday 8. ADONIS x OXI OXI All the way from London comes the internationally (in)famous queer party ADONIS. Still pending a Party Dyke review but I suspect it might be a very cis-gay-dude heavy crowd. That being said, still probably the place for the dykes to dance this Saturday and that lineup is sheer fire. Sunday 9. Royal Highness Fitzroy Hear ye, hear ye. Royal Highness presents your Sunday boogie. From 3 to 3 you will be graced with an ecstatic cocophony "fast transitions, unconventional sounds, stimulating vocals, bleeps, crunches, provoking samples and hypnotising drums." Day party season is on its way back folks; the end of Berlin Winter is in sight. Rejoice, peasants.

Saturday's a big day for the dykes: a veritable marathon. Rally your troops. It's one vibe after another. If you're looking for a big blow-out Klubnacht, Friday night is the night. Sunday we suffer the consequences of our actions. Friday 31th Saturday 1st Friday 31. BODYSHIFT x NEST Kater In a throwback to their CSD blow-out of a party NEST and BODYSHIFT (formerly tante emma) are once again turning Kater into a queer playground, featuring a lineup that has me foaming at the mouth—ADAM MUNNINGS, Madalba, D’Nice (Manta b2b Qualia Trax), Victor Kubin... need I go on. You can expect a pretty mixed crowd, depending on how Kater's typical door policy is adjusted, but the music—it's going to be fire. Renates FLINTA* Klubnacht Renate Meanwhile Renate is doing its first FLINTA* Klubnacht (that I'm aware of) with a bombshell cast: AYLIN IDAH b2b Kim She, SELESSA T. b2b Josiane, VINVAR, half the Layers collective... absolutely gorgeous. The crowd is going to depend a lot on how Renate's typical door policy is adjusted, and given the size and popularity of Renate, I'd bet it's not going to be overwhelmingly different. The music should be stellar though, so if the crowd's not the vibe, at least you can see and support some fantastic FLINTA* artists, and perhaps see one of Berlin's top nightclubs one last time before it shuts its doors. Saturday 1. Dyketopia - Berlin Debut Secret Location One for the books folks—Parisian collective Dyketopia is making its grand Berlin debut. Kicking off at 2 pm Saturday we've got a full-day affair: music, performances, and a queer market to peruse. On decks; we have a runof local favorites and Parisian visitors: Kiar Oscuro, Kidcat, ilbroccolovolante, Orion and Erna. Highlights of the day should be the performances by our own LesboPro and Dyketopia co-founder Ceyla (swooning on both counts). Should be a sweet dyke day hang in a cosy secret location (NK). Belissima Shapeshifting: FFS Fundraiser Aktionshaus Another full-day exploit: the folks at fluid vision are pulling together a 12-hour fundraiser extravaganza for Bela Belissima. The music will be fire ( Luxifera, YasoG, Meg10 and VINVAR on decks... Jesus Christ). You've got a cast of incredible performers, a raffle with a frankly absurd range of prizes, as well as soli massages, tattoos, food; what more could you want at a cute community fundraiser? It's gonna be a vibe, so l et's help a doll out. Rockstar Girlfriends Badehaus It's never too late to let out some teenage angst. Berlin's premier FLINTA* rock party is back for the third edition; another big bad night of Avril Lavigne, Green Day, Linkin Park, the Cranberries, that one Le Tigre song we've all been obsessed with (who took the ram from the ramalamadingdong, etc). It's going to be worth 3 days of headbanging-induced neck pain.

TransFagDyke Lark A party that's all-it-says-on-the-tin and more, celebrating its one-year anniversary. And what a year of cute parties for local gender-rascals and proponents of public dykery it has been. Friday night, expect groovey house and italodisco vibes from B. Silber, James Lotion and MI$$ JUNIA, and performances to delight and titillate. Gegen Gegen - 14 Years Celebration KitKatClub The big blowout queer party of the weekend. It's chaotic. It's sexy. It's not for the faint of heart. The DJ lineup is fire as always. Now it does tend to be mostly cis gay men, but there's no better time to be a dyke in kitty. Saturday 25. HIGH Speed Mystery Location HIGH is back for another dark, techno, genderfuck ritual to bring out the queerdos. Expect some hard, dark, punky techno and don't forget to dress (or better undress) to impress. There's a FLINTA-to-the-front darkroom and dungeon to explore as you please. Check their hanky code if you wish to find what you might be cruising for. BLVSH invites KOX Crack Bellmer Local favorites, BLVSH is teaming up the KOX crew for an evening of house, breaks, acid and techno. Crowd will be pretty mixed but if you're looking for a chill night where you can support your local FLINTA* DJ collective, this is the one.

Interzone Mystery Location A queer anticapitalist techno party at our favorite party nook. Expect some high-energy techno with some dark n' sleazy tones. For a cosy wee party with a good ol'-fashioned DIY feel and a hell of a community behind it, you can hardly do better than Interzone. Cuties Zur Klappe The cutest of collectives is coming to Klappe, our cosy party bunker, to bring you a beautiful blend of bouncy house, groovy techno, maybe a little trance and prog, and all the good stuff in between. Brings in a pretty mixed queer crowd and leaves you stumbling home with a smile. Saturday 18. Taranau Zur Klappe Taranau is back and bringing you the dykiest affair of the weekend. It's a community rave run by and for FLINTA* folks; with some of our local favorites on decks to bring you the juiciest techno: blending in a bit of hardgroove, rave, acid, trance, hard house and more. Friendly faces, hot people, bouncy music—all squeezed together in a bunker—what more do you need?
